Wajid Khan of the celebrated composer duo Sajid-Wajid left for his heavenly abode on Monday. No one was clearly prepared for this one, and it came in as a huge shock. Now if the reports are to go by, we will get to witness Wajid’s art one last time in Salman Khan starrer Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. Below are all the details you would want to know.
Salman Khan and Sajid-Wajid’s camaraderie dates back to the time Bhai brought the two in films. Ironically, it is Salman’s film Radhe that Wajid worked on as his last. Spilling the beans is producer Atul Agnihotri. He said that the title track of the much-awaited film is composed by Sajid-Wajid. He called it a Killer and straight from the heart song.
Meanwhile, Radhe will have 5 songs in total, out of which 2 are composed by the musical duo Sajid-Wajid. Talking about the same, a source close to the development, in an interview to Bollywood Hungama, said, “Sajid-Wajid has composed two songs, one of which is the title track. It is more like the theme song and has a very catchy and uplifting tune. The other Sajid-Wajid composition is a romantic track.”

Source added, “Then, South composer Devi Sri Prasad too has worked on a song, which is the remake of the super-hit track ‘Seeti Maar’. It is from the Telugu flick Duvvada Jagannadham aka DJ (2017), starring Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde. Salman and Devi Sri Prasad, in the past, have worked on the chartbuster ‘Dhinka Chika’, in Ready (2011), also a remake. We are confident that even ‘Seeti Maar’s recreation will be a rage.”
As said by the source, the fourth song in Radhe will be a romantic number by Himesh Reshammiya. A fifth song is a dance number featuring Jacqueline Fernandez.
Directed by Prabhudheva, Radhe also stars Disha Patani. The film was supposed to hit the screens on Eid 2020, but the pandemic put a halt to it.
