The ‘Chhichhore’ actor’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty is under the radar of the police after the Late actor’s family filed an FIR with the Bihar Police accusing the Jalebi actress and five others of abetment of suicide.
Sushant Singh Rajput’s Family has now alleged murder in their statement to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). According to reports in Times Now, after weeks of investigation, Sushant’s father KK Singh and sister have asked the central investigative agency to look into it as they would the case of a murder and not as an abetment to suicide.

The recent developments in the investigations, media reports, including circumstances where evidence was allegedly destroyed, the family has now asked that the case be looked into as a murder.
The reports state that the CBI had recorded the statement of Singh and his family on Monday at the residence of his son-in-law OP Singh, who is the commissioner of Faridabad. As per reports on the channel, the CBI will also consider the statements recorded by Bihar Police in Mumbai.
Well, Rhea Chakraborty has her hearing today at the Supreme Court seeking a transfer of the FIR from the Bihar Police to the Mumbai Police. Along with this, the actress has also filed in an added plea seeking protection from an alleged unfair media trial against her in connection with the case related to the death of the actor.
